Probiotics can have two method of consumption:

Usage:

👉 Pregnant/Elderly: 2 packs (morning & evening)


2) For health problems/ill illness (daily)

👉Children: Add 1 to 3 packs or more

👉Adult/senior: 4 to 6 packs or above

 (Isolated once every 4 hours in a day)


**It works best on an empty stomach. If you missed it, you may take after dinner.


How to drink?

👉 Pour directly to mouth and drink water or u may mix water, milk, juice, etc. To mix with drinks or milk, water temperature do not higher than 38 Celsius.

👉You can take more if necessary, there is no upper limit on the intake of probiotics.


Precautions:

1) Probiotics cannot be taken together with antibiotics. If antibiotics must be taken, time isolation should be at least 2 hours.
